Returns, Reprints & Refunds

Fondly Post is operated by Awesome Stuff Inc., a California corporation based in Los Angeles, California. Every item is personalized and printed for you, so printed items cannot be returned for a change of mind. This never limits your right to a reprint or a refund when an item arrives damaged or different from the proof you signed.

Before production

You can cancel for a full refund until production starts.

Damaged items, defects or our error

If your items arrive damaged, have a printing defect, or do not match the proof you signed, email hello@fondlypost.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will reprint the affected items or refund them.

Artwork you approved

We print exactly what you approve on the signed proof. We cannot refund or reprint for free errors that were in the artwork you approved (for example spelling, phone numbers, dates or layout).

Folded cards and envelopes

Folded cards are shipped flat and scored for folding; that is not a defect. Envelopes are included only when your order lists them.

Colors

Screens show colors differently than paper. Small color differences between your screen and the printed piece are not a defect.
