Fondly Post (fondlypost.com) is operated by Awesome Stuff Inc., a California corporation based in Los Angeles, California ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Made to order
Everything we sell is custom printed for you. Production starts only after your order is paid and your artwork is approved.
Your artwork and the proof
- When you ask for one, we send a free digital proof before printing. Nothing prints until you approve it.
- You are responsible for checking and approving your artwork, spelling, phone numbers, dates, colors as shown on screen, and layout. We print what you approve.
- You confirm you have the right to use everything in your artwork (logos, photos, text).
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. Sales tax is added where it applies.
Cancellation
You can cancel for a full refund until production starts. Once production has started the order can no longer be cancelled.

Limits
Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected items.
